Job Description
HRLeverage, a leading HR Boutique firm located in Africa, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Ikoyi, Lagos office. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive professional who can efficiently handle customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and orders.
- Effectively resolve customer issues.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Compensation: N150,00 per month.
