Job Description
Elders Travels and Tours is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with expertise in visa packaging. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the visa application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through multiple communication channels.
- Provide expert guidance on visa application procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all visa applications.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and visa packaging.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary: $50,00 Monthly
