Job Description
Join our vibrant team at Elders Group as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our security products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed information about our security systems and services.
- Coordinate service appointments with technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and assist in client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, especially in security or technology fields.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Salary: N50,00 – N70,00 per month.
