Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will efficiently manage inquiries, complaints, and requests; process orders and reservations; and supply accurate information on products and company policies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer contacts
- Resolve issues, update records, and collaborate with other departments
- Maintain service quality while handling multiple interactions
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, computer proficiency; prior customer service experience preferred
