Job Description
Bons Industries Limited, a well-respected food processing company, is looking for a skilled and professional Customer Service Officer/Executive to join our team in Enugu. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and fulfilling customer needs, ensuring satisfaction while managing a significant volume of inbound calls efficiently and courteously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and understand customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
