Job Description
Beta Jollof Take Out Restaurant is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver prompt, professional support across phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Responsibilities: respond to inquiries; provide product, service, and policy information; resolve complaints; process orders and account updates; maintain accurate interaction records; follow up to ensure satisfaction; escalate and report issues.
- Qualifications: strong verbal and written communication, composure under pressure, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and multitasking skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
