Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to provide courteous, efficient support via phone, email, and chat. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, processing and tracking orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities: address and resolve inquiries, manage order processing, monitor shipments, document interactions, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Qualifications: excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving, basic computer proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
