Job Description
Rubels & Angels, a fine-dining and take-out restaurant in Lagos, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Personnel to provide professional and courteous support across all customer channels. The role involves responding to inquiries and orders, resolving complaints, maintaining a welcoming service area, recommending menu items, documenting customer feedback, and coordinating with the kitchen, cashier, and management to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Location: Residence within the Ajao Estate–Oshodi/Isolo axis, Lagos required
