Job Description

Marquis Concierge Limited, a lifestyle company specializing in travel and tour packages, is seeking to hire a dedicated Customer Service Personnel. This full-time position is located in Abuja (FCT).

As a Customer Service Personnel, you will provide exceptional support, promptly respond to inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. You will also process orders and maintain effective customer relationships through excellent communication.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 4 years of customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and social media management is a plus.
