Outcess Solutions Nigeria Limited, a leader in integrated customer engagement and business process outsourcing, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone.
- Upsell products and services.
- Provide product information.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- 0 – 4 years of experience preferred.
- Ages 20 – 35 encouraged to apply.
