Job Description
LIBRA PARTNERS is currently looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer for our Bakery division in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient complaint resolution and precise record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an HND in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction is required.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM.
Compensation: NGN 100,00 monthly, plus additional benefits.
