Job Description
Kreditek Stride Limited is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abuja. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing loan payments, and guiding customers throughout the loan lifecycle, all while adhering to company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications via phone and email regarding loan products.
- Provide direct assistance to customers in-person about loan services.

Qualifications:
