Job Description
Full-time on-site (Mon–Sat). Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00. Serve as the primary representative for client satisfaction across calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Respond to inquiries within 2 hours and convert marketing leads.
- Coordinate shipments and procurement with Sales & Operations; resolve complaints within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate CRM records; collect and escalate customer feedback.
- Support digital engagement, nurture customer relationships, and prepare weekly reports.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Communication, or related field; minimum 2 years in logistics, procurement, or customer-facing roles; excellent communication, multitasking, problem-solving skills, and CRM proficiency.
