Job Description
Jobvet Services seeks a full-time Customer Service Officer for a reputable restaurant in Surulere, Lagos. The successful candidate will greet guests warmly, manage inquiries and complaints, take orders (in-person, phone, and online), and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery. You will monitor customer satisfaction, maintain a clean front-of-house, and support daily operations.
- Qualifications: SSCE, OND, or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1–10 years in hospitality or customer service
- Skills: excellent communication, patience, and ability to work under pressure
- Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off; accommodation and meals provided
- Salary: N70,00–N80,00 per month
