Job Description
Critters Veterinary Centre seeks a formal, customer-focused Customer Service Officer to handle client inquiries, explain product and service benefits, process orders, maintain accurate customer records, resolve complaints, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Respond promptly and courteously; provide clear product/service information.
- Document customer data, meet resolution timelines, and maintain a professional workspace.
- Requirements: B.Sc. or HND (any field), minimum 2 years in customer support or marketing, excellent communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, team player, and comfortable with dogs and cats. Proximity to Lekki is advantageous.
- Gross salary: N200,00 per month. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
