Job Description
Awacash is on the lookout for a cheerful and efficient Customer Service Officer to serve as the face and voice of our organization. In this role, you will assist customers through multiple channels, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our digital and in-branch services.
Key Responsibilities: Manage account openings, respond to customer inquiries, process transactions, assist with documentation, cross-sell products, and maintain updated database reports.
Qualifications: A minimum of OND (BSc preferred), 1-2 years of experience in frontline banking, familiarity with BankOne or similar software, and exceptional communication skills. Candidates should possess flexibility and adaptability.
Salary: NGN 150,00 – 250,00 | Full Time | Lagos
