Job Description
Outsource Nigeria is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in delivering prompt and professional support to clients and partners. The successful candidate will oversee customer interactions across multiple channels and effectively handle escalated complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
- Establish service standards and response protocols.
- Resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
- Recruit, train, and develop customer service personnel.
- Compile and present reports on customer feedback and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: N200,00 Monthly + PFA + HMO
