Job Description
Location: Ikota/Orchid Road, Lagos (Residential proximity to the Island is very crucial)
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
Salary: ₦150,00 per month
The Customer Service Manager oversees the team, ensuring an excellent shopping experience by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. This position is essential for maintaining high service standards and building customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities include managing customer service operations, training team members, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with other departments. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of customer service experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
