In this vital role, you will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience while swiftly resolving issues. Building strong relationships with our customers and preparing reports on service metrics are also essential responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
