Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Area 11, Abuja. This role offers a competitive salary of ₦237,500 gross monthly within the dynamic Sports Betting and iGaming industry.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the betting or fintech sectors. Key responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries, efficiently resolving complaints, assisting users with account setup and betting-related questions, and escalating technical issues as necessary.
Strong communication skills and a tech-savvy nature are essential. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, is required.
