Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Provide clear, accurate product information and correspondence.
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and support client retention.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in a related field, minimum 3 years’ customer service experience.
- Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office; excellent English communication.
- Resident of Lagos.
