Job Description
Maria Decora Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and be fluent in Hausa. This full-time position requires working 2 Saturdays a month and maintaining accurate customer records while performing daily financial transactions.
