Job Description
AA Rescue Limited is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will provide accurate product and service information, resolve customer issues promptly, and cultivate strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, preparing sales presentations and demonstrations, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and feedback. The role requires collaboration with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery, as well as monitoring market trends and competitor activity. Compensation: ₦150,00.00 per month.
