Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to deliver courteous and efficient support via phone, email, and chat. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and accurately documenting all interactions in our CRM.
- Responsibilities: respond to customer questions, diagnose and resolve problems, escalate complex cases, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
