Job Description
Position Overview: Join our dynamic customer service team at Kubona and deliver a premium customer experience, ensuring satisfaction, sales conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries across all channels
- Handle escalations and monitor customer satisfaction metrics
- Upsell products to enhance sales revenue
- Collaborate with logistics on delivery issues
- Generate performance reports and suggest experience improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
