Job Description
WEPHCO, a rapidly expanding global real estate firm specializing in luxury property investments across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, and Nigeria, invites applications for the position of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in our Abuja office.
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and a proactive approach, eager to cultivate enduring client relationships that contribute to our business development. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing client interactions through CRM software, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
