Job Description
Zilt Investment Limited is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Relations Officer. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to become the primary point of contact for our clients throughout their property transactions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and retention.
Your duties will include following up with clients after sales to confirm satisfaction, swiftly addressing and resolving any complaints, and achieving monthly performance targets. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary starting at ₦80,00.00 per month.
