Job Description
Job Summary: Join Greenfield HR as a dedicated Customer Relations Officer in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Deliver high-quality care and service for cleaning items.
Major Duties:
- Assist customers with dry cleaning and laundry.
- Handle customer interactions and complaints.
- Sort articles for cleaning and advise on processes.
- Manage financial transactions.
Qualifications: OND/NCE minimum; B.Sc/HND preferred. 1-2 years experience and reside near Lekki Phase 1.
Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦85,00.00/month
