Job Description
Dunamis Prints is on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Customer Relations Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This full-time role involves warmly welcoming customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering strong relationships with clients both online and offline.
Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat; professionally addressing complaints; providing comprehensive information about our printing services; assisting with order processing; and maintaining updated customer records to ensure data accuracy.
Applicants should possess at least a bachelor’s degree, exhibit excellent communication skills, have prior customer service experience, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, show attention to detail, and be a collaborative team player.
