Job Description
Reports To: Manager – Customer Operations Walk In West 2
Division: Customer Relations and Experience
Mission: Enhance the sustainability of the MTN brand by delivering exceptional customer care to all MTN clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively escalate and route customer issues to appropriate process operators.
- Execute system transactions pertaining to customer inquiries.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of subscriber data.
- Analyze customer impact trends and document effective resolutions.
- Support warranty repairs and provide updates on credit statuses.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; proficiency in English required.
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a call center setting.
