Job Description
We are hiring a professional to serve as the company’s face: take orders, manage inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email and phone, resolve complaints, support logistics, and ensure accurate order processing and record keeping.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with NYSC completed; minimum 2 years post‑NYSC experience in customer support or sales.
- Location & profile: Resident in or near Yaba, Lagos; aged 24–30; fluent in English; proficient with laptops and digital tools.
- Work schedule: In-office 23 days per month; must be available to work some weekends and public holidays.
- Salary: ₦100,00 per month.
