Job Description
HARA is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Customer Experience Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and prior experience in customer service and user support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a meticulous attention to detail to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include engaging with users through social media, professionally responding to inquiries, updating service rates, and collaborating with our Chinese partners to resolve any issues that arise. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of ₦85,00.00. Proactive communication and user verification will be critical aspects of this role.
