Job Description
Xuriel Resources Limited, an emerging skincare brand, is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Assistant. This remote opportunity is available exclusively for residents of Southwestern Nigeria, offering a competitive salary between ₦50,00 and ₦60,00 per month.
In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries through phone, email, and social media. Additionally, you will manage orders, resolve complaints, and collaborate closely with our marketing team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Communications or Business, along with 1-2 years of customer service experience. A passion for skincare is advantageous.
