Job Description
Talent Flow Consulting is on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Customer Experience Assistant to elevate customer interactions both in-store and online. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our walk-in customers while managing various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for in-store customers.
- Handle inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram direct messages effectively.
- Oversee social media content and promotions.
- Support daily sales tracking and maintain store documentation.
