Job Description
We seek a Customer Experience Advisor to deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and record customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills, with basic CRM experience.
- Respond to customer contacts professionally and promptly
- Investigate and resolve issues, escalating when necessary
- Document interactions and recommend service enhancements
- Multitask effectively and adapt to varied shift schedules
Previous retail or customer support experience is preferred. A customer-first mindset and schedule flexibility are required.
