Job Description
Peruda is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Customer Engagement Officer located in Anthony, Lagos. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer relationships.
- Report strategic plans to leadership for alignment and review.
- Utilize customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Educate customers on products and services.
- Provide tailored advice on plan benefits and solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of experience.
Salary: N100,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
