Job Description
Scimitar Global Services Limited seeks a proactive Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Lekki (Chevron). Compensation: ₦200,00/month.
Responsibilities include handling customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media; managing inquiries; building relationships; identifying and converting leads; upselling and cross-selling; using CRM to log interactions; and supporting onboarding, retention, and issue resolution.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc.
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, telesales, or field sales
- Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and CRM familiarity
- Residence: must live in Lekki Island areas (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Oniru)
