Job Description

In this position, you will play a vital role in verifying the authenticity of digital assets submitted by users, processing transactions, and reconciling user balances. Furthermore, you will investigate and resolve discrepancies while compiling reports and escalating user issues across various communication channels to ensure prompt resolutions.
