Job Description
Careers Verified is seeking a professional Customer Care Sales Agent to provide exceptional customer support while proactively driving sales. The successful candidate will manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve customer concerns with empathy; maintain accurate CRM records; process orders; and identify upsell opportunities to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc. in a related field and 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or telesales.
- Core skills: strong communication, negotiation, active listening, and CRM proficiency.
- Position: Full-time. Compensation: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month.
