Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Care Representative to deliver outstanding support via phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical and order issues, processing orders and returns, accurately documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, patience, strong problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency. Prior customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred. Candidates must be team-oriented, detail-focused, and available to work flexible shifts.
