Job Description
Location: 5B Airport Road, Warri, Delta State (On-site)
Compensation: ₦100,00/month
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
Wisper, a technology-driven company, is searching for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to enhance customer experiences in Warri, Delta State. The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding Wisper’s services.
- Efficiently resolve issues, escalating complex situations as required.
- Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups on resolutions.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
