Three Sixty Stores Limited is seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative to act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers. The role involves answering product inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, documenting all interactions, and conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction across phone, email, and chat. Compensation: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month.
The ideal candidate is patient, communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and is committed to providing exceptional service. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional under pressure are required.
