Job Description
Castel Resources Consultancy Ltd seeks a professional Customer Care Personnel to join our Ikeja, Lagos office. The successful candidate will welcome and assist customers, manage inquiries by phone, email, and in person, provide accurate product and service information, resolve complaints, record interactions, process transactions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Requirements: strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–4 years of related experience advantageous.
