Job Description
Pruvia Integrated Limited (PIL), a leading name in the real estate industry, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Officer to join our dynamic team in Ikeja, Lagos. This is a full-time role that requires a proactive and client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about current tourism trends
- Suggest customized travel options that meet client preferences
- Engage potential customers through cold calling and email outreach
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and efficiently
- Develop strong client relationships through effective communication
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc. in any field
- 2-3 years of experience in a travel and tour company
- Fluent in English and knowledgeable in CRM systems
Salary: N100,00 Monthly.
