Job Description
Next HR is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer to provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product information. This full-time position is based in Lokogoma, Abuja.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels.
- Resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Process returns and provide support to sales teams.
Qualifications: HND/BSC in Social Sciences. 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented attitude.
Monthly Salary: ₦90,00 – ₦100,00.
