Job Description
Greengates Specialties Ltd is actively searching for a Logistics Customer Service Representative (Customer Care Officer). This role entails managing distribution, understanding customs requirements, and facilitating communication between suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee outbound and inbound shipments.
- Liaise with carriers to address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and examine invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Deliver timely updates and maintain daily communication with customers.
- Document and report any irregularities to your Supervisor.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 0-4 years of experience, fluency in English and two Nigerian languages, and residency near Yaba, Lagos, along with a valid driver’s license.
