Job Description
We are seeking a professional first-line Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact at our shop. You will receive, document, and report customer inquiries; coordinate follow-up with internal departments; and escalate unresolved or delayed issues. Maintain positive customer relationships, manage shop inventory and cash handling, and ensure the outlet meets cleanliness and service standards.
- Coordinate operational remedies and model a service-oriented attitude.
- Motivate colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Prepare timely daily operational reports and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications: Graduate with 1–2 years’ experience in telecom customer care or shop operations. Compensation: ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month.
