Job Description
We seek a professional, friendly Customer Care Officer to manage in-person client interactions at our Port Harcourt office. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins; providing product/service information; maintaining records; coordinating internal follow-up; assisting with bookings; and escalating issues when necessary.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/Bachelor’s or equivalent, customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and basic Microsoft Office/CRM skills.
- Skills: empathy, conflict resolution, time management, professional demeanor.
- Type & Pay: Full-time; ₦150,00/month.
