Job Description
Juststandout Limited is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Ambassadors! We are in search of passionate candidates who excel in delivering outstanding customer experiences across various communication platforms. This is a Full-Time position located in Lagos, offering a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries on social media, establishing operational frameworks for an optimal customer journey, and representing our company at industry events. Additionally, you will collaborate with external teams, monitor customer feedback, and share innovative marketing ideas to enhance our services.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and hold a HND/BSc degree.
