Job Description
Getpayed Technology Solutions Limited is seeking a dedicated Merchant and POS Agent Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position, based in Lagos Island, offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦100,00.00 to ₦120,00.00 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit merchants and POS agents; oversee onboarding, KYC, and activation processes.
- Provide prompt assistance for transaction-related issues and maintain communication to minimize churn.
- Track transaction metrics using the OneCollect dashboard.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and escalate unresolved matters.
- Engage in syncs and workshops to promote best practices.
Requirements:
- Must reside near the Obalende – Ajah axis.
- Excellent communication and strong marketing skills.
- Willingness to meet customers in the field.
